CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY

Here at KA Spotless  we organize our schedule to match your needs.

In order to be able to serve our customers and deliver a quality service we have to have a cancellation policy.

Date and time changes or Cancellation requests are allowed free of charge until 1 Day before the beginning of the Slot assigned for the visit.

If for Example, you have got assigned a slot for Tuesday AM (between 8 to 2pm), You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge until Monday  at 8am
